These Terms and Conditions of Use (hereinafter 'Terms') are intended to define the terms and conditions under which AstralGTO, a simplified joint-stock company (SAS), with a capital of 1,000.00 Euros, registered with the Trade and Companies Register of Bastia under number 990 559 254, whose registered office is located at 920 Chemin De Mucchitana 20200 Ville-di-Pietrabugno (hereinafter 'the Publisher'), makes available the AstralGTO online platform (hereinafter 'the Platform') and associated services.

AstralGTO is a software platform providing analyses, simulations, educational content, and automated feedback relating to poker game situations. The information, analyses, and recommendations delivered by the Platform are provided for informational, educational, and pedagogical purposes only. They do not constitute, under any circumstances: - personalized advice, - an inducement to gamble, - financial advice, - or any guarantee of performance or results.

AstralGTO does not encourage gambling activities. The Platform does not provide: - any links to gaming platforms, - any inducement to gamble, - any promotional codes, - any commercial affiliation with gambling operators. The use of the Service is independent of any actual gaming activity.

AstralGTO is completely independent of online poker sites. Any platform names, formats, or gaming environments mentioned are solely for descriptive, educational, or technical purposes, without any partnership or official endorsement.

Access to the Platform is open to anyone with Internet access. Access-related costs (connection, equipment, etc.) are the sole responsibility of the user. Access may require the creation of a personal account. The user agrees to provide accurate information and to keep it updated.

The AstralGTO Platform allows users to analyze poker hands, receive personalized feedback, and access various training modules. The Publisher reserves the right to modify the available features at any time.

AstralGTO reserves the right to adjust, at any time, the token cost associated with the various features, actions, or uses of the Platform, particularly based on: - changes in infrastructure costs, - costs related to artificial intelligence models, - or technical, economic, or operational constraints. These adjustments may apply to all Users, including those who have subscribed to an annual plan, without resulting in a modification of the subscription price until its expiration.

The subscription price (monthly or annual) is fixed for the duration of the subscribed period and cannot be modified before its expiration. However, the subscription grants access to a right to use the Platform, and not to a fixed and immutable volume, cost, or value of each action or feature expressed in tokens.

In the event of significant changes to token usage rules or costs associated with features, AstralGTO undertakes to inform the User by any appropriate means (interface, email, notification). The User acknowledges that the token system constitutes an internal mechanism for managing service usage and not a monetary unit or contractual value commitment.

All content, texts, images, graphics, logos, software, and databases present on the Platform are the exclusive property of the Publisher or its partners. Any unauthorized reproduction, representation, modification, or exploitation is strictly prohibited.

The user agrees to: - use the Platform in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, - not misuse the Platform, - not infringe intellectual property rights, - not introduce viruses, malicious content, or attempt unauthorized access to systems.

The use of the Platform involves the collection and processing of personal data. Processing procedures are specified in the Privacy & Cookies Policy available on the Platform.

The User expressly acknowledges that: - the number of tokens allocated, - the token cost of features, - and the associated usage rules, do not constitute vested rights and may change during the subscription period, without constituting a contract modification or grounds for reimbursement.

The content generated by AstralGTO does not constitute personalized advice tailored to the User's specific situation. AstralGTO acts exclusively as a tool to assist reflection and strategic understanding, without any prescriptive nature. The User remains entirely free in their decisions and retains complete control over their choices, actions, and strategies, before, during, and after using the Service.

The analyses provided by AstralGTO are based on: - probabilistic models, - artificial intelligence systems, - parameterized strategic rules and assumptions. By nature, these technologies have inherent limitations, approximations, and margins of error. The results provided cannot be considered accurate, comprehensive, or universally applicable to all game situations.

AstralGTO does not guarantee, under any circumstances: - profitability, - improvement of results, - reduction of losses, - or the achievement of financial gains. Any past, simulated, or suggested performance by the Platform does not in any way predict future performance.

The User expressly acknowledges that: - poker is a game involving a risk of financial loss, - any gaming decision is made under their sole responsibility, - AstralGTO shall not be held liable for financial losses, missed gains, strategic decisions, or any direct or indirect consequences resulting from the use of the Service.

AstralGTO is an automated assistance software and does not constitute: - a human coach, - a personalized coaching service, - an official or certified solver, - or a solution guaranteeing perfect compliance with a so-called 'optimal' strategy. Any comparison with third-party tools or theoretical approaches is for educational and informational purposes only.

The Publisher strives to ensure the availability and security of the Platform. However, the Publisher shall not be held liable in case of: - interruption for maintenance, - technical failure beyond its control, - losses or damages related to the use of services.

The Publisher reserves the right to suspend or delete a user's account in case of breach of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by French law. Any dispute relating to their interpretation or execution falls under the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Bastia Court of Appeal, except for mandatory legal provisions to the contrary.
